Our genes do not fully determine our levels of health and fitness as we age. WE do. My aim is to help you learn to make food choices that will provide the fuel that your body. I’m including recipes that I have created that are nutritious, easy to make and store and yummy to eat, and will give you some ideas to inspire you to move more gaining strength, flexibility and balance.
